A Celebration of London’s Talent
The Spotlight Sessions are a series of shows showcasing some of the best musical, spoken word, and comedic talent London has to offer.
Each Spotlight Session will be hosted at a Black Owned Business, bridging a variety of communities, creating lasting moments as well as digital content that will generate impact and buzz for both business and artist.

Small Green Shoots
Youth Lead
Small Green Shoots is a youth-led charity offering an alternative to the conventional system for education, training and entry into the jobs market. They help young people facing difficult life circumstances gain access to the entertainment and creative industries. Rather than just searching for a job, they allow their young workers (the “Shoots”) to build a career.
The Team
A variety of roles will be played by 13 Shoots in this project. Assisting them in gaining core skills and transferable abilities, as well as the experience that will propel them into the entertainment industry.
