The Dark Sugars Chocolate Shop is the brain child of

Paul and Nyanga

From humble beginnings in Borough & Spitalfields Markets, they understood that they had to excel to ensure that people knew the quality they were bringing to the market.

The shop on Brick Lane is a picture of excellence, every element of the store telling the story of where the produce is from. The thought and design of the store allows the imagination to flow setting the stage for the bountiful flavours of chocolate. This is indulgence at the highest quality.

Paul is often around to tell you the story’s of where the cocoa is sourced, what inspired the decor and he’s own journey as a black business owner invested in providing excellence to his customers.
