1251
North London
Chef James Cochran in the form of 1251 is on the next stage of his food adventure.

A heritage stemming from St. Vincent in the Caribbean and Glasgow Scotland, James grew up in Whitstable, Kent, where his love of seafood was kickstarted at an early age before he ventured to London. James was lucky enough to have had the best training in the business under Head Chef Brett Graham at renowned Notting Hill restaurant “The Ledbury” then moving onto the gastropub “The Harwood Arms.”
In 2018, James won the BBC hit show “Great British Menu” which followed TV appearances on The Breakfast Show and BBC Kitchen. In November 2018 Eater London also awarded him the prestigious Chef of The Year.

Great food heritage creates a desire to visit, what solidifies it is community spirit!! James has joined the rally to help the children of our country and pledge to help create 300 school lunches.
